Two distributors go head-to-head for our anniversary dinner. 

They’ll pair a wine from their portfolio with each course. 

You judge which wine pairs best with each course.

Menu 

Course #1 – Red Wine Poached Pear Salad with Feta, Pecans and Star Fruit.

Course #2 – Puff Pastry Shell filled with Roasted Vegetables and topped off with a Beer and Cheese Fondue. 

Course #3 – Surf and Turf. Porterhouse Steak with Jumbo Shrimp with a Garlic Butter Sauce. 

Course #4 – Almond Cherry Cup Cake topped with Buttercream Frosting
